Models That Don't Cooperate!
So many times while doing photoshoots, you will come across uncooperative models. These are the models that won't listen to anything you tell them to do and won't stand or stay in the positions you want them to do. Models who do this, become not in my best intrest to have them model for me. I would prefer someone who would actually listen to me, but if I still want to work with them I would use these tips, I'm about to give you, if you are a photographer, and are dealing with this problem. The first tip would be more aimed to the models under 13 years old. The younger ones are usually harder to work with because they still aren't mature yet and goof around more than others. My tip would be to keep them doing little stuff and not to many poses, because they end up not wanting to do much at the end, and start being lazy. Anotheer tip for the younger ones, would be to keep them happy as much as you can, because once they are upset you can't turn back, their emotion will show right on their face, and you don't want that to happen, because it doesnt look good and nobody will like the outcome look of that photo. Okay, enough with the young ones, lets talk abot the new age models. Even though these models already should know how to listen, there are some that want to try and be difficult. To deal with these difficult people, I would first try giving them coffee, to give them energy, because most of the time these people are difficult becausethey dont have energy or tired. So coffee might be able to take care of some of the hasle. Another reason, why they might not cooperate might be that they think they know everything and is a professional. A way to help deal with this type of person would be to try communicating in a a nice strict tone. This will help you get your photos done, but still being nice to the model without getting them even moody. I know that the person is not going to change, but it might help without causing more drama. I hope my tips will help you out with your photography, and make you not want to give up on a customer.
